How do I report someone?

If you are concerned about other member behavior, please let us know contacting our Customer Service Team.

We ​take all complains very seriously and could result in suspension or deletion of member from our platform.

In the case that something has happened, immediately call 999. Emergency situations include a recent threat of violence or sexual violence, or if your health or someone else’s is in danger.

If you start getting impropriety messages or pictures immediately contact our customer services on admin@zoccka.com 

How do I join?

Is very simple to register. We have even better news – It is totally FREE.

Click on the ‘Join In’ option and after entering your email address and password, you will be able to explore the site.

I have problem with the payment I made

If your card has been declined, might happened because of few reason. First, your card is expired or out of date. Second, not enough fund on your account. Or, maybe your bank needs to confirm this payment. Don’t worry, it’s just for extra security reasons.

If you’re still having problems with payment maybe the best option is to change payment method.

How do I display or hide my photo?

Log into your account and simply follow guidelines. You can upload, change or delete your photos.

I’ve forgotten my login details

Hit the ‘Log on’ option in the top right corner of the Home Page and you will find ‘Forgotten my details’ link, simply follow the instructions. Fill your email address or Username and we will send you recovering link.

How can I ‘block’ a member?

If you wish to block a member you can do it by simply clicking ‘Block user’ at the bottom of their profile.
